Access Inc. is a locally owned and independent tourism marketing and sales company based in Tokyo with over 40 years of experience providing a broad range of tourism marketing and sales services, building awareness and appeal within the Japan market.
Access Inc. represented “Dollar Rent A Car” as its Japan GSA over 30 years through March 2016 and we handled over 30,000 Japanese customer bookings annually. With the reorganization of global rental car brands, we shifted in April 2016 to represent a rental car meta search and booking engine, “Rentingcarz” (B2C) and “Agentcars” (B2B) who offers car rental products from all the major car rental brands and guarantee customer satisfaction with the easiest way to search and select your car rental at the best price.
Along with representing “Dollar Rent A Car”, “Rentingcarz” and “Agentcars”, we have represented B2C and B2B tourism marketing services for various destinations and brands.

MANAGEMENT
Takashi Ichikura, President
Ichikura started his professional career in 1983 at Dentsu Inc https://www.dentsu.co.jp/en/ Japan’s #1 advertising and marketing agency. During his 20 years at Dentsu, he was responsible for managing operations in the agency’s international offices in Korea, the United Kingdom and Japan.
His key clients with the agency were All Nippon Airways (ANA) and ANA group companies including ANA Hotels. Ichikura was in charge of overseeing the development, coordination and execution of product launches for ANA’s inaugural flights to 8 international destinations and new ANA Hotels both domestically and internationally.
In 2004, he turned himself into destination management business and headed Hawaii Tourism Japan for 8 years (January 2004 – December 2011), won Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority contract and most recently represented Marianas Visitors Authority for 7 years (October 2016 – January 2024).
